La Fermette

La Fermette is a farmer's operation that was born after a meeting between two restaurants and two farmers. Inspired by the model of bio-intensive agriculture following a visit to the Quatre-Temps Farm, they were inspired to cultivate thirty varieties of fresh vegetables on one hectare in the beautiful region of Hemmingford. The owners are passionate about vegetables, flavors, culinary culture, and people. You will find their produce in the dishes served at the Parvis and at the Buvette, a good part of the year and in farmers' markets.

Products: an assortment of vegetables, herbs, fresh greens, etc.

La Petite Boulangerie

La Petite Boulangerie is an artisanal bakery located in Ahuntsic. Since 1996, they have been kneading, shaping, and baking bread every morning using simple, regional, and tasty ingredients. All their ingredients are made in-house or sourced locally. Their menu features award winning baguettes and croissants.

Products: croissants, pastries, brioche, scones, pies, mousses, etc.

L’Échoppe des Fromages

For 30 years, L'Echoppe des Fromages has been offering artisanal farmhouse cheese made from raw milk, at its counter, in its restaurant, in its wine and cheese tastings and through its distribution network serving the finest tables. L’Echoppe highlights the authenticity and quality of products created by the artisans of their food heritage.

Products: a wide variety of Quebec cheeses, Free range yogurts, milks and eggs, cultured butter, fetas, ricotta and fresh cheese curds.

FLORALIa

Floralia has been growing flowers in Quebec using organic, sustainable methods of cultivation without pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides since 2010. They specialize in growing unique, head-turning varieties that are perfectly suited wedding arrangements and their in-house flower bouquet subscriptions. They work closely with other local farmers, fair trade farms to ethically source flowers to keep up with demand during their off-season.

Products: Beautiful locally grown flowers, Plants occasionally.

ALiments Viens

Looking for fresh meat, Aliments Viens has you covered. Based in Montreal, they have a large assortment of meats, charcuteries and sausages. They ensure excellent standards and quality.

Products: Fresh and Marinated meats, Cured meats, Charcuterie, Dry ears for Dogs.

Au Voyage Du Sense

Montreal based local company that sells 100% Soy wax candles. Inspired by the seasons and nature, the candles are all phthalate and paraben free and not tested on animals. All candles are hand poured and decorated in small batches to ensure excellent product quality. Soy wax is the perfect alternative to paraffin as it is better for the environment and our health.

Products: Soy Candles and Wax Melters.

400 pieds champignons

Les 400 Pieds de Champignon - in Montréal's Côtes-des-Neiges bough, is the brainchild of Michaël Loyer, who has been interested in cultivating mushrooms since his childhood. Initially, they were able to grow three different kinds of mushrooms but owing to their quality and freshness they quickly outgrew their old space and expanded their business at the beginning of 2020. In their new larger facility, they now grow over 10 different varieties of mushrooms and help other mycology enthusiasts grow mushrooms by providing them with tools and knowledge.

Chemin Des Sept

Started in a small family orchard by two people who share a common passion for quality alcohol. They have been producing chewable apples and cider apples since 2016. Their ciders come from carefully selected blends and are made from native yeasts present in the orchard, without any other addition. They reflect seasonal tastes, and each vintage cider bears its own identity.

Products: Different varieties of Cider.

 

Sublima

They are the first company that specializes in the freeze drying of fruit in Quebec. Fruits preserved using this method have a shelf life of 5 to 10 years.

Products: Frozen fruits, granola, maple syrup and Honey.

La PLantation Fair Spices

They are fair trade advocates passionate about bringing sustainable products to Canada and the Canadian partner for La Plantation ,a social project in Cambodia.
